As explained below, the Commission respectfully requests that the Court terminate the abeyance, continue considering the parties\u2019 arguments, and exercise its jurisdiction to decide the case.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commissioner Caroline A.
