Robinhood Markets\u2019 recent IPO attracted extensive press and investor attention.\u00a0 One interesting disclosure in the company\u2019s Registration Statement on Form S-1<\/a> is the Risk Factors section, which starts on page 35 and ends on page 110.\u00a0 Since this is clearly more than 15 pages, as required by Regulation S-K Item 105<\/a>, the company provided a two-page summary of their risk factors which you can find on pages 10-12 of the Registration Statement.<\/p>\n
